Network Development

Building Networks for Export Action
Would you like to bid for international business, but don’t feel your business alone has the capacity to meet all the requirements and be successful?

ICN can assist with network development, facilitating joint ventures or building industry clusters.

You may not feel your business has the capability to find international success alone, but are wary of the many challenges and risks presented when developing a network of companies. ICN’s experience in this area makes the process manageable and low-risk, increasing your chance of success and allowing you to focus on the business opportunities as they develop.

ICN’s experience in this field includes:
  • Assisting local companies access opportunities with major projects
  • Creating networks in overseas markets for activities following ICN-led trade delegations
  • The formation of industry clusters of local companies set up operations in export destinations
