Top End Resources (TER) is a 100% Territory owned and operated business providing civil construction and maintenance solutions to the defence, mining, oil & gas, and construction sectors.

Director, Ryan Wojtowicz, is a born and bred Territorian with over 15 years’ experience in the mining and civil construction industries and has been a part of some of Australia’s most significant construction and mining projects around the NT and WA.

TER has recently been involved with many projects around the NT, such as:

  • New Air Compact Capability Facilities (NACC) RAAF Base Tindal for the construction of all new facilities for the F35 fighter jets (now based at Tindal)
  • Delamere Air Weapons Range (DELAWR)- New Road Construction
  • BHP Mulla Mulla camp expansion (WA) for the new South Flank Iron Ore Mine (which will be one of the biggest Iron Ore Mines in the world once fully operational).

They have recently commenced operations at McArthur River Mine, undertaking bagging operations in the processing facilities and also manage a number of contractors for multiple NTG road maintenance projects in the remote regions of the Northern Territory.

“On one of our periodic maintenance grading contracts, TER has been able to maintain a minimum of 75% indigenous workforce of only local NT residents! We put this down to our continual upskilling and training of our valuable team members. We have always believed there needs to be more done to ensure meaningful employment is undertaken to provide long lasting careers” Ryan said.

Top End Resources actively support the Northern Territory community and have done so since their inception in 2018. TER also strongly supports locals businesses and even more so when working remotely, this includes providing sponsorship and donations to many local events and causes like; Girls Gone Fishin, Humpty Dumpty Foundation, Northern Vikings AFL Master’s team, Borroloola Rodeo & Cancer Council NT.
